Birth is a physiological process, just like your heart beating, your body knows how to give birth. I want to create with you the birth space of your dreams!
Whether its a home birth, hospital birth, or out in nature I will be there with you right by your side. They say that if you wouldn’t do mushrooms with your Doula then she isn’t the one for you. I will help create a calm and nurturing environment where you can sit into your divine feminine energy and intuitively guide your baby into this realm.
What is included in the package:
Three prenatal visits
Intuitively inviting in body positions ( these are always suggestions, do what feels good in your body)
Energy work sessions for yourself, your partner and your child(ren)
Womb healing through Energy work, clearing generational traumas subconsciously passed down through the womb.
Childcare throughout pregnancy
Your partner is the most important person on your birth team!! I am not here to take their place, I’m here to empower both of you.
I will bring you water, tie your hair back, squeeze your hips
Advocating for your wishes
Helping you stay grounded and informed to make decisions through the flow of labor and birth
Explaining what’s happening during each stage of labor
My goals are to inform you, creating a birth plan with you so you don’t have to answer unnecessary questions when you’re in active labor. Creating a safe space for you to labor where you feel most comfortable. You will feel the most empowered you’ve ever felt during this transition into motherhood. Through all the emotions that come with labor I will be right there reassuring you, holding your hand, hair, hips through it.
You will have someone to explain what is happening during each stage of labor, remind you of your options, help to advocate for your wishes, and help with informed decision making during any unexpected twists and turns that labor may bring
