Our moms had us in her ovaries when she was in her mother. Those energies are passed down while we are in the womb and during the sacred moments of labor and birth. If your mother had a lot going on in her world while pregnant or a birth with a cascade of interventions, those energies can still be trapped in our body subconsciously.

I have been feeling a call to share about the inner child healing work I have been doing.
Guiding you through a meditation we can connect with your inner child to see what their story is and what they have been silently asking you for this whole time.
After receiving your permission I can connect to your inner child at any age that's ready to receive healing. Through my energy work I can sit with them and send them love, reassurance and anything else they might need.

One thing that has started coming through for me lately is a hit of where and who in your lineage the energy is connected to. Generational energies held in the body. Have you ever had a moment where you've thought to yourself (for example) "I caught myself shutting down in that conversation, just like my dad used to."? These energies are imprinted in us as we grow up. Between the ages of in the womb to about five years old our minds and bodies are learning how to survive in the environments around us.
